Business Development Executive

Liverpool, hybrid

£35,000 + bonus (OTE 70K, uncapped commission)

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join a forward-thinking company that specialises in providing innovative digital infrastructure and technology solutions to high-density venues and industrial sites.

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for selling cutting-edge digital and power solutions, prospecting new clients, and driving revenue growth. You will identify opportunities within targeted industries, build meaningful relationships with decision-makers, and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Research potential clients and key decision-makers within the target market.
  • Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to engage prospects and introduce tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities via CRM.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to the company's growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a coordinated sales approach.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-3 years of B2B technology sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A commercial mind-set with financial acumen.
  • Ambition to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • IT literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience selling digital or power solutions is advantageous but not essential.
