We are delighted to be recruiting for a regional East Midlands based Housing Association for the role of a permanent Housing Development Manager
This position has been created due to an increase in workloads - working alongside the Head of Development, this role will be responsible for the 'end to end' development process from land acquisition to handover
Our client is ideally looking for an individual who brings experience of working within a development team of a housing association or local authority from Development Officer level and above
This role offers a great deal of flexibility including hybrid working and the option of part time working. The role offers additional excellent benefits around training, holidays and pensions
