This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to drive impactful people strategies and support a values-driven organisation.
About the Role
As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the people agenda. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, you will provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organisational design, leadership development, and culture transformation. You will proactively align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
Partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent management, and organisational change.
Provide expert advice on employee relations, leadership development, and culture transformation.
Lead on HR projects and change initiatives, ensuring best practice and compliance.
Use HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Support the development of HR policies and practices that enhance employee experience.
Champion EDI and employee well-being initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and change management.
Experience in organisational design, talent management, and leadership development.
Ability to influence and challenge senior leaders with confidence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
Previous experience in the not-for-profit sector is an advantage but not essential.
