Looking for a role where you can make a real impact in Reward? We're on the hunt for a Reward Manager to join our Group Reward team, playing a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality, seamless reward processes across our global business.
This is your chance to be a true reward specialist, influencing how we attract, retain, and motivate our people.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the execution of compensation and benefits cycles, including the annual pay review, incentive plans, and UK benefits enrolment.
Providing expert reward advice to senior leaders and People teams, ensuring our approach is competitive and effective.
Owning and driving our global recognition programme, making sure great work gets the spotlight it deserves.
Partnering closely with People teams to align reward strategies with the broader people agenda.
Supporting the global benefits strategy, from stakeholder management and communications to system enhancements and supplier relationships.
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience managing pay and bonus cycles in a multinational environment.
Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders to develop effective reward solutions.
Experience managing global brokers and third-party providers, including renewals and supplier performance.
Deep understanding of UK benefits and flexible benefits design.
Technical expertise across job evaluation, pay benchmarking, incentive plans, and recognition.
Familiarity with compensation and benefits systems and how they drive efficiency.
