Job Title: Head of People & Culture
Salary: Up to £70,000 + 10% bonus
Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in Northampton

Build and embed initiatives that enhance employee experience and retention.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior HR role, such as People Business Partner, Head of People, or similar.
A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver operationally.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and employment law.
A passion for fostering a positive, people-centric culture.
