Our award winning and branded manufacturing client, a true leader in their field is currently looking to recruit a new Lead Operations Finance Business Partner. This is a highly rewarding and challenging opportunity to join a high performing finance team and to work for a successful and proactive branded multi-site Manufacturing business; where you will be responsible for providing value adding financial and commercial support to operational, product and commercial stakeholders.

As BP you will be responsible for managing a world class team of Finance Business Partners and analysts; providing accurate and timely commercial and management information, insight and analysis around performance, cost control, materials efficiency / materials wastage and labour variances, as well as assisting the Director pf Operational Finance with annual financial planning, budgeting and re-forecasting exercises. In this business the smallest margins can yield the greatest returns and another exciting element of this highly visible and dynamic role will be around your involvement in the modelling and scrutiny of the factory outputs from the various data sources, systems and models that are available.

The successful candidate will be naturally curious in nature with an aptitude towards continuous improvement and constantly finding more efficient and lucrative ways to manufacture and improve.

Strong spreadsheet, ERP and accounting systems skills are highly desirable as is relevant and recent sector experience of working in/within FMCG, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations and Production.
