Customer Support & Sales Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support & Sales Specialist to join a well established company. In this role, you will play a key part in managing customer forms, delivering outstanding support, handling product inquiries across various marketplaces, and driving outbound sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and proficiency in Excel and related software.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Form Management
- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer information using Excel.
- Regularly review and verify customer records to ensure accuracy.
Customer Support
- Respond to inbound customer calls and emails, providing prompt and effective support.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when needed.
- While primarily office-based, occasional travel within the UK may be required for site visits, national exhibitions, and trade or retail events.
Product Inquiries & Marketplace Management
- Handle customer queries regarding products across online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
- Ensure product listings are up-to-date, accurate, and optimised for visibility.
- Work closely with the fulfilment team to resolve any order-related concerns.
- Oversee online reviews across customer websites and marketplaces, maintaining a strong brand reputation.
