About the Role:
Our client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a high-energy environment while delivering exceptional service to valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner, ensuring alignment with FMCG industry standards.
Resolving product-related complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Processing orders, returns, and refunds accurately, keeping in mind the rapid turnover of FMCG products.
Providing detailed product information and troubleshooting common queries related to FMCG items.
Recording and updating customer information on CRM systems, ensuring accuracy for supply chain and distribution processes.
Collaborating with team members to meet service level agreements and targets in a dynamic FMCG environment.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic FMCG environment. While prior customer service experience, particularly in FMCG, is advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
Familiarity with FMCG products and services is a plus.
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to commit to the temporary duration of the role.
A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
