Sales Administrator

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator for our client, a leading provider in the water industry. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong administrative background, who is looking to support a dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various sales administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the company's growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system and ensuring data integrity.
  • Processing sales orders and liaising with logistics and customer service teams for smooth delivery.
  • Assisting in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and related documents.
  • Managing customer accounts, ensuring issues are promptly addressed and follow-up is maintained.
  • Handling incoming calls and emails from clients, responding to inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales administration role, preferably within the water or utilities industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (SAP or similar is an advantage).
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • A proactive and detail-focused attitude.
