Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading water solutions provider for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a B2B-focused service professional dedicated to building strong client relationships and delivering expert support across water filtration, treatment, and sustainable management solutions. If you're driven by customer excellence, enjoy resolving technical challenges, and want to make a real impact in a sustainability-focused sector, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, providing knowledgeable support and guidance across product use, technical troubleshooting, and maintenance solutions.
  • Escalation Management: Handle escalations efficiently, working closely with technical teams and third-party suppliers to deliver timely, effective resolutions with a client-first approach.
  • Service Adjustments: Process service adjustments, refunds, and ensure all client interactions comply with contractual terms and are documented accurately.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive client satisfaction by identifying opportunities for process improvements across all service channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Stakeholder Partnerships: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors and service providers, supporting seamless delivery of high-quality service to business clients.
  • Sustainability Advocacy: Promote sustainable water management practices, educating clients on best-use guidelines to optimise product efficiency and environmental benefits.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a B2B customer service role, ideally within the utilities, environmental services, or water solutions sectors.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for a diverse client base.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing escalated client interactions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and a keen eye for process improvement.
  • A commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible water management practices.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with performance-related bonuses
  • Comprehensive health and wellness package
  • Professional development opportunities within water solutions and client service expertise
  • Clear career progression pathways with a company that prioritises innovation and sustainability

This is a unique opportunity for a customer service professional to join a reputable water solutions provider where every client interaction drives positive environmental change. If you're ready to take on a meaningful role in a fast-growing B2B sector, we'd love to hear from you!
